What we look for
Naturally we have specific requirements depending on the sort of work you wish to do with Sinuous but below are some qualities that we look for in all our staff.
Integrity
Honour, honesty, the intention to do the right thing. Without it you won't get far at Sinuous. Guaranteed.
Talent
The potential to excel in your chosen field. We don't really know where it comes from but in our experience it's generally a case of you've either got it or you don't.
Passion
If you don't love what you do, if you don't get excited about the work you will do with us then forget it. We have no wish to spend our working lives with people who are just showing up for a pay cheque.
Compatibility
Individual performance just isn't enough, we are a team and you need to help everyone in the team perform.
